MediLodge Group Hosts Annual Senior Prom Event for Nursing Home Week
The MediLodge Group takes great pride in creating exciting events in order to enhance their residents’ lives and promote community awareness. In keeping with their commitment to excellence, MediLodge will host their Seventh Annual Senior Prom on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Andiamo in Warren, Michigan. The theme of this year’s event is“Young at Heart”.
Residents, staff, and family members from all MediLodge homes from Hillman to Monroe will attend the afternoon dinner/dance. Participants will arrive in vans, buses, and limousines all dressed in their finest. MediLodge staff members will greet each participant at the door and escort them into the elegant banquet facility.
Following the delicious family-style luncheon, a drawing will be conducted to select the king and queen of the prom. The Contours, a famous Motown group, will entertain guests with lively dance music for several hours after the crowning.
